A Weekend to Remember – Learning, Competing & Growing at TPS
This past weekend I had the chance to play the TPS event together with Oriol Sosa, the Spanish coach currently based in Indonesia — and for me, it was a really special experience. Playing alongside someone with his knowledge and calm guidance on court gave me a completely different perspective on the game.
From the very first match, I felt like I was learning something new every moment. Oriol’s small corrections, his way of reading situations, and the confidence he brings helped me settle into my game and really enjoy the tournament. The positive energy between us made every match feel smooth and focused.
We made a great run all the way to the semifinals, where we faced a strong Singaporean pair. It became a real battle, going all the way to a deciding set. In the final stretch we lost 4–6, and honestly, it felt like we had a real chance to take it. A couple of key points could have shifted the match our way.
Even with the loss, I left the court feeling happy about the level we reached and the experience as a whole. Competing with a guiding coach next to me was truly valuable — it pushed me, taught me, and gave me new insights into how I can grow as a player.
Grateful for the partnership, the lessons, and the good vibes all weekend. Ready to bring everything I learned into the next events.
