APPT Kuala Lumpur

Just wrapped up an unforgettable weekend at the Asia Pacific Padel Tour (APPT) Grand Slam in Kuala Lumpur, and I’m really proud to share that I reached the semifinals in both Amateurs categories — Male Amateurs and Mixed Amateurs.

In the Male Amateurs, I teamed up with Kokun from Japan. We connected well from the start, played some great matches, and managed to push through to the semifinals. Every round was a battle, but we kept our focus, supported each other, and gave it everything we had on court. Big thanks to Kokun — solid partner and a great guy to play with.

In the Mixed Amateurs, I partnered with Kira, and again, we made it all the way to the semifinals. It was a fun and challenging experience, and I really enjoyed the dynamics of mixed play. We faced some strong pairs along the way, but I’m proud of how we played together and the energy we brought to each match.

This tournament was a great reminder of why I love padel — the competition, the camaraderie, the moments of pressure, and the joy of fighting for every point. Being part of such a well-organized international event, surrounded by talented players and passionate fans, was inspiring and motivating.

Thank you to APPT for putting on such a high-quality event, and to everyone who supported and cheered for us. It’s always special to be on court representing and improving, step by step. I take away a lot of experience and confidence from this weekend — and I’m already looking forward to the next challenge.
